Remit
- Remove all exisiting stud walls, flooring and wall tiles.
- Construct new stud walls
- Ply floor and stud walls plus substrate pre tiling
- Tile floor with new 400 x 400 tiles
- Tile ceiling with 600 x 200 tiles
- Install shower tray,mixer and sliding glass door
- Install loo and cistern
- Install sink and cupboard
- Install back lit LED mirror
- Update wiring to current regulation
